Happy Birthday Cami!

Cami turned 5 last week. I can't believe I have a 5 year old, that has always seemed big to me.

A little about Cami at age 5. Cami talks nonstop. She is beginning to read and loves it. She will try to spell out words throughout the day and does really well. She still loves creating. She makes cards for her friends and family all of the time. She likes to play make believe, she is always the damsel in distress. The other day I overheard her saying "Princess Jasmine do you take Aladin to be you awfully wedded husband?" haha
She can be pretty bossy. She loves listening to Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood. She wants to be a fashion designer and a person who sings on the radio when she grows up. She is a great older sister and tries hard to make good choices. We love having Cami in our family!
We weren't going to have a party because we were going to Disneyland later that week. She asked me last minute if she could have some friends over for breakfast though, and I thought that was a great idea.
We invited a few girls in her preschool group and had birthday pancakes and played games. Cami's uncle Micah sent her an awesome candle that lit up like a mini torch, opened into a fully lit flower and sang a birthday tune!
We played spin the nail polish bottle and painted toes and fingers, with lots of colors. We layed plastic wrap down on the carpet and it's a good thing!

I love how Tommy is in this picture of all the girls showing off their painted toes!
We played kiss the frog prince
The girls loved the prince hidden underneath and all wanted a turn kissing him :)

After all the games, they went and played in Cami's room and of course put on lots of dress ups!
She had a great birthday and we are so grateful for our new friends, who made it fun for her!
